Implementasi Model Bisinis Inovatif dan Penggunaan BigData dalam Meningkatkan Efisiensi Operasional serta Keberlanjutan UMKM Nasional

Abstract
Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia sebagai penyumbang Produk Domestik Bruto dan penyerap tenaga kerja terbesar. Namun, UMKM menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mempertahankan keberlanjutan bisnis di era digital. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi model bisnis inovatif dan penggunaan big data sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM nasional. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur dan analisis kasus terhadap 50 UMKM di berbagai sektor yang telah mengadopsi inovasi model bisnis dan teknologi big data, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pola-pola keberhasilan dan tantangan dalam implementasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi model bisnis inovatif seperti platform digital, subscription-based model, dan collaborative economy secara signifikan meningkatkan jangkauan pasar dan efisiensi operasional UMKM. Penggunaan big data untuk analisis perilaku konsumen, prediksi permintaan, dan optimalisasi rantai pasok terbukti memberikan keunggulan kompetitif yang substansial. Namun, implementasi masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan sumber daya, literasi digital yang rendah, dan infrastruktur teknologi yang belum merata. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pelaku UMKM, pemerintah, dan ekosistem pendukung untuk mengakselerasi transformasi digital UMKM melalui program pendampingan, pengembangan infrastruktur, dan kebijakan yang mendukung inovasi berkelanjutan.
